Minutes

The Canterbury Homeowners Association usually meets at 6:30 PM the third Wednesday of each month. The call-in number is always near the top of the home page for quick reference. Changes to that schedule are posted to the site as far in advance as time allows. Meetings will once again be held in the clubhouse.

If you would like to address the Board of Directors at an upcoming HOA meeting, please note that all requests must be submitted in writing to the Board prior to the meeting. Written submissions allow the Board to review your concerns in advance and allocate appropriate time on the agenda.

Homeowner speaking time will be limited to 3 minutes per person.

Canterbury HOA meetings include an open-to-the-community session so everyone can stay in touch with what’s going on (e.g. upcoming maintenance work), followed by a closed session for the Board. The meetings are also attended by a representative of the Kirkpatrick Management Company, the professional property management company engaged by the community.
