Canterbury Newsletter, June 2023

Welcome to the Canterbury Newsletter for June, 2023.

The community pool opened on Friday, May 26. Be sure to review the pool rules as they have been updated. Everyone be safe and have a good time this summer!

On Saturday, June 17, our clubhouse will again be open from 1 pm to 3 pm for “Third Saturday.” A member of the Canterbury HOA board will be present. Please drop by to discuss concerns, socialize, and meet your neighbors. There is a bookcase full of books for you to borrow as well.

The next HOA meeting will be held on Monday, June 12, at 6:30 pm. Please join us. We would love for you to share with us what you think we are doing right, as well as letting us know of your concerns.

Did You Know?

There are three visitor parking areas for visitors to Canterbury. Two are located on Canterbury Place just north of the clubhouse (eight lined spaces on either side). The third is on the west side of the community, where there are 11 lined spaces. We ask that you direct your visitors to park there so that there will be adequate parking for all residents throughout our community.

Our community website is located at canterburycondos.com. Here you will find a lot of useful information about our neighborhood, including monthly meeting minutes, by-laws, and our community handbook.

If you need to replace your windows, storm door, patio door, or front door, you must first submit an Architectural Change Request form. You should request this form from our property manager, Kevan Carriger.

Please Remember

Trash must not be put out until at least 5 pm each Sunday through 6:30 am Monday. All trash cans must be picked up by Monday evening. Please be considerate of our neighborhood and your fellow neighbors in following Canterbury policy.

The speed limit when driving through Canterbury is 15 mph. Some drivers have been observed speeding much too fast. Please observe this; your neighbors, their children, and their pets will appreciate it.

Have a great June. We will see you again in July.
