Canterbury 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes

6:30pm January 9, 2023

Susan Brandt called the meeting to order, welcomed and thanked those participating. Introduced outgoing board members and thanked them.

Vanessa Miller read 2022 Annual meeting minutes. Susan Brandt approved; Bob Kincaid seconded.

Bob Kincaid read Treasurers Report. Susan Brandt approved; Vanessa Miller seconded.

Kevan Carriger presented 2023 Budget, shared increases in utilities, insurance etc. due to rising costs and paying back the reserve.

Susan Brandt shared that we had a quorum for the meeting.

Held the board election and approved the 2023 budget.

State law requires we must have 3 elected.

2 residents were on the ballot (Scott Greenwalt, Susan Brandt)

The following residents were nominated from the floor:

Those running for election to the board in 2022 introduced themselves.

Held the board election and voted.

Susan adjourned the meeting at 7:07pm.

Next Annual Board meeting will be held January 8, 2023.
