- Owners present: David Swann, Susie Waltz, Tim Flynn, Bobbie Anderson, Trevor Whan.
Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm.
Community Input
- President Susan Brandt explained that 3 have completed the 2nd year of their term; 1 will run for a 2nd 2 year term, 2 have chosen and not complete the 2nd year of their 1st term, 2 were appointed
- There will be 6 openings on the board.
- Question was asked how the budget is approved. Susan Brandt explained the procedure to the residents who were present.
- Tim Flynn stated that maintenance at his building,1142, was not completed property. The main door is not closing completely. KMC personnel who came to fix this pounded the top of the door with a hammer, leaving hammer marks on the side of the door, which has not corrected the issue. Mr. Flynn also inquired on who was the cleaning company and what their responsibility was. Kevan Carringer stated he will be speaking to the cleaning company the following day, and will check on the door not closing properly.
- The board in the fence at 1150 has not been fixed.
- Question was asked who spreads the salt that is in the containers by the 4plex doors. Susan Brandt advised it is there for the homeowner, if needed.

- Treasure report read by Bob Kincaid. Susan Brand approved, Nancie Bair second.
Maintenance Log
- Discussion about homeowner, whether new or not, will be assessed a $10 fee for replacement of any keys. Keys will be picked up at the KMC office by the person requesting the key(s).
- GFC outlet to change to a regular outlet.
- Possibility varmints in attic area.
- KMC will clean the glass on community light poles and touch up poles with paint, weather permitting.
Old Business
- Kevan Carringer stated the did get a quote from Howard but not from Ochs yet, ref asphalt.
New Business
- Susan Brandt stated address numbers need to be replaced on some doors, which is the homeowners responsibility.
- Numbers need to be uniform. Will look into uniform numbers, size, style.
- Items in storage will be thrown away if not picked up by owner.
- There will not be a meeting in December.
Next months meeting will be held on January 9th, Monday at 6:30pm.
