Meeting called to order at 6:31 pm.
Community Input
- Connie Drury asked if the lamp posts be painted and the globes be cleaned throughout the complex.
- Kevan Carriger will get a quote, also advised he would get a quote of getting our new donated refrigerator over the counter since it does not fit through the doorway.
- Connie Drury inquired about the pot holes.
Board Session

- Treasure report given by Bob Kincaid, approved by Nancie Bair, 2nd by Kim Jors.
Maintenance Log and Violations
- Maintenance Log given by Kevan Carriger:
- Pot holes stilll in the works to be fixed. Will contact Howard to give updated quote.
- Cement work needed due to breaking apart.
- Lights out on Canterbury Sq. E., was brought up that an electrician come out to check and correct issues with the lights all at one time.
- Gutter cleaning scheduled for September 20.
- Discussion on a dead tree or limb that needs to be taken away on Canterbury Ct.
- Jetz; walk through was done to see which washing machines could be taken away due to not being utilized.
- Susan Brandt discussed a homeowner that turned up the temperature on one of the water heaters.
- Shirley Muller asked if Kevan Carriger could show if a homeowner was billed for services supplied by KMC and to show a credit on the Treasure report.
- Bob Kincaid inquired about a mailbox repair at 1139 Canterbury Ct. C. Kevan Carriger advised he would bill the homeowner.

New Business
- Several units without addresses displayed on their doors. Shirley Muller advised this will be mentioned in the newsletter.
- Concrete needing repair east of the guard shack. Quote is $2160. Suggestion was made to see what other area’s of the complex need concrete repair and have it all fixed at one time, which may be cheaper to do all at the same time.
- Quotes for 4 flex, laundry rooms, club house and bathroom were discussed. We Care Cleaning Service contract was approved by the board.
Meeting next month will be October 10, 2022, 6:30pm.
