7:00pm January 10, 2022 (by Zoom/conference call during the pandemic)
Susan called the meeting to order and welcomed and thanked those for participating.
William Aelick from Kirkpatrick Management shared that we had a quorum for the meeting (with those attending and with the proxies that had been turned in).
Brant read the minutes from last year’s annual meeting (that took place on 1/11/21). Jeff Adler moved to accept the minutes, Linda Carter seconded, and we approved.
Bob presented the treasurer’s report and an overview of our financial information. Jeff Adler moved to accept the treasurer’s report, Judy Purvis seconded, and we approved.
Bob presented an overview of the proposed budget for 2022. He shared details and also the impact of inflation and rising costs. We then had some questions and discussion about the budget. The vote was then taken on the budget for 2022.
Those running for election to the board in 2022 introduced themselves. We then held the board election and voted.
The business of the annual meeting was completed and William mentioned he would email out the voting results on Tuesday 1/11/22. Jeff Adler moved to adjourn, Linda Carter seconded, and we approved.
