Rick opened our meeting for June and welcomed and thanked those for participating.
Notes from follow-up after the May meeting
Tuck Pointing
Received and reviewed additional information on clubhouse bathroom renovation proposal. Approved by email the proposal from HER Home Design for $18,090 (which includes design, materials, and labor costs).
May Community Input
- Concern mentioned about Tiki torches being burned close to a fence in a patio. Will check further into this.
- Two areas where landscaping work is needed were passed along and also an area where a raccoon has been seen.
Board Session
- Reviewed and approved minutes from the last meeting in May.
- Robert presented the treasurer’s report. We discussed and William answered some questions we had regarding the financial report.
Management Report
Reviewed maintenance log.
New Business
- Roofing: Request for appraisal sent to West Bend (our insurance provider). Appraisers have been assigned. The process could take some time and William will continue checking on the status and keep us updated.
- Wells Wood Working – balconies: Reviewed information. Susan made a motion to have them proceed with the next 6 balconies most in need of work. Rick seconded and all approved.
- Clubhouse bathroom renovation: reviewed proposal from HER Restoration. They will work on one bathroom at a time. William will speak with them to clarify a couple items.
