Board members: Susan Brandt, Brittiny Clinton, Brant Dever, Nicole Duckworth, Rick Grey, Jessica Jordan, and Robert Kincaid.
William Aelick from Kirkpatrick Management and six owners/residents participated.
Jessica opened the meeting and welcomed and thanked those for participating.
Community Input
- Recent incident and concerns about dogs were discussed.
- Concerns shared about recent snow plowing service. William mentioned that effective today we have changed to a new snow plowing company. He gave an overview of the snow plowing process and also reminded about the ice melt available around the community in the refillable containers.
- Question about carports: maintenance of the carports is the responsibility of the association.
- Rental cap amendment vote is now completed. It did not pass as at least 51% of homeowners, by percentage ownership, must approve to pass a Bylaw change.
Board Session
- Reviewed minutes from the last meeting in January. Two updates were mentioned that Brant will make and then forward the updated version to the board. .
- Robert presented the treasurer’s report.

Reviewed maintenance log.
New Business
- Roofing: request for appraisal sent to West Bend (our insurance provider). Appraisers have been assigned. The process could take some time and William will check on the status and keep us updated.
- Insulation check: Kevan has a spreadsheet with the goal of inspecting 30 areas each month. On hold now due to the pandemic, possibly restart this in the summer.
- Landscaping: now working with Landscape Solutions and William asked us to forward any landscaping questions/comments to him.
- Dog rules and idea of a dog park area: the board will review and discuss further.
- Center island light quote was forwarded to the board and William will be getting additional quotes for potential additional lighting
to brighten the center islands.
