Canterbury 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes

Jessica called the meeting to order and welcomed and thanked those for participating.

Jessica and William Aelick from Kirkpatrick Management reviewed information included in our annual meeting mailing that was sent out.

Discussion and a couple questions were answered about the proposed budget for 2021.

Reminded about process of submitting vote for budget and board members by 5pm on Friday 1/15/21.

Also mentioned was that the rental cap amendment vote is now completed. It did not pass as at least 51% of homeowners, by percentage ownership, must approve to pass a Bylaw change.

Next meeting: February monthly meeting on Monday 2/8/21 (by Zoom/conference call during the pandemic).

AFTER THE MEETING

William sent out a reminder email on Tuesday 1/12/21 about voting that included information on those running for election to the board.

After the voting deadline William sent an email with voting results:

  • The budget as proposed in the annual meeting packet was approved.
  • The 2021 board members are:
    • Jessica Jordan (second year, second term)
    • Rick Grey (second year, first term)
    • Brittiny Clinton (second year, first term)
    • Brant Dever (first year, second term)
    • Susan Brandt (first year, first term)
    • Nicole Duckworth (first year, first term)
    • Robert Kincaid (first year, first term)
